          Why is the Green Light still on when the headphones are turned off?

          • The green light is simply an ON/OFF indication of Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode.
          • If the green light is on after your headphones are turned off, you can turn it off by:
            • 1. Switch off ANC by moving the switch to the down position.
            • 2. Double click on the power button to turn off Audio Transparency Mode.

          No Sound

          • Make sure the headphones are charged and connected to your bluetooth device.
          • Press play to make sure audio is playing.
          • If you are using a 3.5mm headphone jack, make sure that both ends are connected.

          No Sound from One Side

          • Make sure the headphones are charged and connected to your bluetooth device.
          • Press play to make sure audio is playing.
          • Reset the headphones (follow instructions from “How to Reset”)

          Poor Sound Quality

          • Make sure the headphones are charged and connected to your bluetooth device.
          • Make sure the headphones fit securely on your ears. Adjust your headphones to ensure there is no air leakage.
          • Try different sound output settings on your device or music app.
          • Make sure that Audio Transparency mode is off. To turn them off, press the power button twice.
          • Reset the headphones (follow instructions from “How to Reset”)

          How to turn on ANC Mode?

          • Simply flip the ANC switch to On and a “Green” LED will light up (show picture of the ANC Switch)
          • To save battery, please make sure to turn off when finished using. The “Green” LED light should turn off.

          How to turn on Audio Transparency Mode?

          • Simply double click the Power button to switch to Audio Transparency Mode (show picture of power button”. You will hear a “beeping sound” when activated.

          Vibration Noise is heard with ANC On.

          • When using your headphones with ANC ON while walking or running the sound of vibrations may be heard through your body. This is normal and is not a malfunction.

          Recommendation : Turn off ANC mode.

          • When using your headphones with ANC ON in an environment with unstable/bumpy air current (ie. on buses), you may experience a popping/vibrating sound. This is not a malfunction.

          Recommendation: Turn off ANC mode.


          Strong Wind Noise is heard with ANC/Transparency Mode On.

          • When the ANC or the Audio Transparency Mode is set to ON, wind noise may become louder depending on the surrounding environment.

          Recommendation: Turn off ANC/Audio Transparency Mode and use Normal Mode.

          ANC mode does not work during phone calls or video calls.
